Debagger System — Automated Bottle De-Bagging & De-Palletising
Reliable, repeatable removal of bottles from transport bags and presentation onto conveyor for downstream processing. The Debagger opens bags cleanly, extracts bottles without scuffing or disruption, and feeds one or more lines—ready for inspection, rinsing, filling, or further handling.
What the Debagger does
The Debagger System is designed to unload bottles from transport bags and transfer them to conveyor in a stable, repeatable way. Bags are presented from a pallet or feed station, opened with controlled cutting, then the bottles are extracted and placed onto an accumulation table and/or vacuum conveyor for reliable downstream flow.
How it works (process)
- Bag presentation: bagged packs arrive from pallet handling or a load station, aligned for safe access.
- Bag opening: one side of the bag is cut with controlled depth and guidance to protect bottles.
- Extraction: the bag is removed while bottles are retained and stabilised to prevent tipping or scatter.
- Transfer & accumulation: bottles are placed onto an accumulation table and/or vacuum conveyor.
- Line feed control: discharge can be directed to one or more downstream lines based on demand and line status.
- Waste handling: film is collected and compressed into a waste sock (or equivalent) for cleaner housekeeping.
