MexxBot – Collaborative welding robot

Built on years of robotic-welding integration experience, MexxBot is our complete, ready-to-run welding cell: an ABB CRB 1910-10 collaborative robot paired with a Kemppi Master M 358 welder and controller on a mobile plinth. No safety fencing for most applications. No six-month integration project. Weld from day one.

Bottle Vision Inspection and Turner

Mexx engineered a bottle vision inspection and orientation system for HDPE packaging applications, combining automated defect detection with controlled bottle rotation on conveyor. Two camera bottle neck inspection and an adjustable height mechanism.

Autobagger System (Bottle Palletising)

A robotic, semi-autonomous system designed to reliably bag bottles for transport in high-duty production environments. Can operate as a standalone OEM machine or as part of an integrated production line.

Debagger System (Bottle De Palletising)

An automated system designed to open bagged products and transfer them into downstream processing. Designed to operate in conjunction with the Autobagger or as part of a larger automated line.

Robotic Palletising Module

Robotic palletising system picks directly from the conveyor and builds clean, repeatable layers onto one or two pallets. Fully automated pallet flow, and fully interlocked guarding for safe, high-throughput operation.

Bi Directional Palletising Cube

A versatile robotic cell that palletises or depalletises bottles. The machine handles multiple bottle shapes and sizes. Ideal for bottle lines and buffering/accumulation.

Vision System

High-speed machine vision that checks orientation and detects defects in real time, then accepts or rejects product automatically (air-blast eject option). Includes intuitive HMI + large operator display.

Robotic Welding Cube FX-FX

Dual-station robotic welding cell that keeps production moving, load on one table while welding runs on the other. Integrated pulse welding package with torch service/cleaning and automatic TCP calibration.

Robotic Welding – Rotary Positioner

Robotic welding on either FX fixed tables or an RD rotary positioner that re-orients the part mid-cycle for cleaner access and consistent welds. Dual-bay layout keeps the robot welding while you load.
