Composite Manufacturing System

Automated manufacturing system for composite fibre crossarms used in overhead power infrastructure. The system integrates robotic handling, machining operations, thermal processing, and palletised output within a coordinated production line.

Automated Concrete Core Testing

Fully automated laboratory system for handling, preparing, tracking and testing concrete core samples. The system integrates robotic handling, sample identification, grinding, curing storage, compressive strength testing and database traceability within a single automated workflow.

Agriculture Tray System

An automated tray handling and rack management system for a seedling facility, supporting tray flow through washing, storage, seeding, and finished tray palletising. The project combined automated tray stacking, pallet handling, robotic de-palletising and palletising, rack de-stacking and re-stacking.


Bottle Palletising System

Mexx engineered an automated HDPE bottle de-bagging and conveying plant for a high-throughput packaging environment, designed to take palletised bags of empty bottles and deliver a controlled, continuous bottle supply through inspection, transfer, rinsing, and downstream filling operations.

Robotic Dual Paint Booth System

Mexx engineered an automated robotic finishing system for variable-size timber products, integrating dual paint booths, automated indexing, controlled inter-stage transfer, and final curing within a single production line. The system combined robotic spray application, product measurement and verification.

Bottle Delivery System / Blow-Fill Line

Mexx engineered an automated bottle supply and delivery system to support a high-throughput blow moulding and fill-line environment, taking HDPE bottles from palletised bagged supply through de-bagging, inspection, transfer, and controlled delivery into downstream packaging operations.

Bottle De-Bagging and Conveying

Mexx engineered an automated bottle de-bagging and conveying system designed to take bagged HDPE bottle groups from palletised supply through de-bagging, inspection, transfer, rinsing, and controlled feed into downstream labelling and filling operations.

Bottle Vision Inspection and Turner

Mexx engineered a bottle vision inspection and orientation system for HDPE packaging applications, combining automated defect detection with controlled bottle rotation on conveyor. Two camera bottle neck inspection and an adjustable height mechanism.

Robotic Welding Cell with Track Motion

Mexx engineered an automated robotic welding cell for large tubular roll cage assemblies, integrating track-mounted robot welding, dual rotary workpiece stations, cleaning station, and separated operator loading zones within one coordinated production system.
